1. How do I access the event?

Once you book your ticket, the access information will be linked on your Thank You page.

Here’s what you do:

• Step 1: Click Book Now.

• Step 2: Make your payment.

• Step 3: After booking, take a moment to read over your "Thank You page"... this is super important!!! All the details you need, including your event link, will be there. This is also where you’ll find any bonus goodies from EscapeSphere as a thank you from us.

• Step 4: Save your link you will need it to enter your session.

  2. What if I’m late?

  Life happens! ⏰ If you’re a few minutes late, don’t worry you can still join in. However, we recommend logging in on time so you don’t miss any part of the story or clues. If you’re late, feel free to just jump right in no need to notify us.

  Please note that we won’t be able to pause or wait, as the event starts at the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding!

  3. Do I have to participate?

  You can do whatever makes you comfortable!

  Want to jump into the action and solve puzzles with your team? Awesome! Prefer to hang back and watch the magic unfold? That’s perfectly fine, too. We do strongly encourage participation for the best experience, but it’s all about having fun at your own pace.

  4. What if I don’t know the answers to the puzzles?

  No pressure at all! 💡 If you get stuck, our live game master will give helpful hints to keep things moving along. This adventure is about having fun, not feeling stressed. And hey, working through challenges with your team is part of the excitement!

  5. Can I play solo, or do I need a group?

  Solo? No problem! That means you’re the lone adventurer, bravely taking on the challenges by yourself. But keep in mind, if you’re a solo player, there will likely be other solo players joining the event, so you’re never truly alone! It’s also a great chance to meet new people if you’d like to make new friends during the event. Our live game master will be there to guide you and help you have an awesome time!

  6. What if I’m shy? Do I have to be on camera?

  Not at all! You can participate with your camera off if that’s more comfortable for you. However, to ensure the comfort and safety of your fellow players, please be present with your camera on for the introduction and at the start of the game so the game master knows you’ve arrived. After that, feel free to turn it off if you prefer.

  7. How long does the event last?

  Each adventure varies in length depending on the experience you choose. Some are shorter at around 45 minutes while others are more immersive and last up to 120 minutes. Every adventure is designed to keep you engaged from start to finish. We recommend allowing a little extra time in case the fun runs over. Be sure to check the details of your specific adventure for exact timing.

  8. What if I need to leave early?

  No worries! If you need to leave before the adventure ends, we understand. You’re welcome to exit at any time, and the live game master can assist if needed. Our goal is for you to have fun with no pressure to stay the entire time.

  Please keep in mind that there are no makeup sessions, refunds, or partial refunds for leaving early or missing the game. Your adventure is in your hands, so join when you can and enjoy the experience while you're there!

  9. Can I play with friends, family, or colleagues from different locations?

  Absolutely! EscapeSphere is a fully virtual experience, so your friends, family, or colleagues can join from anywhere in the world. Each member will need their own ticket to participate. Once your team package is purchased, everyone will be able to join the adventure using the provided link and adventure together, no matter where they are!

  11. What should I do to prepare for the event?

  Just bring your curiosity and sense of adventure! Make sure your internet connection is strong, have a comfortable space to play in, and maybe grab a beverage or snack. Other than that, no special preparation is needed you’re here to have fun!

  12. What do I do on the day of my event?

  • On the day of your event, here’s what you need to do:

    1. Click your link from the Thank You page.

    2. Join the event a few minutes before the event start time.

    3. Get ready to have an amazing time your adventure awaits!

  13. What if I have a large group of 10 or more?

  We love hosting big groups! If you have 10 or more players, reach out to us in advance, and we’ll ensure the best setup for your team. We can arrange private sessions, split your group into teams, or customize the experience to fit your needs whether it’s a corporate event, family gathering, or special occasion.

  You can also join one of our existing adventures by purchasing multiple group packages.

  For example, if you have 8 players, you can grab 2 group packages to cover your team. Have 12 players? Simply book 3 group packages, and so on. No matter your group size, we’ll make sure your adventure is exciting, and unforgettable!
