1. How do I access the event?

Once you book your ticket, the access information will be linked on your Thank You page.

Here’s what you do:

• Step 1: Click Book Now.

• Step 2: Make your payment.

• Step 3: After booking, take a moment to read over your Thank You page—this is super important! All the details you need, including your event link, will be there. This is also where you’ll find any bonus goodies from EscapeSphere as a thank you from us.

• Step 4: Save your link you will need it to enter your session.

• 2. What if I’m late?

  Life happens! ⏰ If you’re a few minutes late, don’t worry you can still join in. However, we recommend logging in on time so you don’t miss any part of the story or clues. If you’re late, feel free to just jump right in no need to notify us.

  Please note that we won’t be able to pause or wait, as the event starts at the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding!

  3. Do I have to participate, or can I just watch?

  You can do whatever makes you comfortable!

  Want to jump into the action and solve puzzles with your team? Awesome! Prefer to hang back and watch the magic unfold? That’s perfectly fine, too. We encourage participation for the best experience, but it’s all about having fun at your own pace.

  4. What if I don’t know the answers to the puzzles?

  No pressure at all! 💡 If you get stuck, our live game master will give helpful hints to keep things moving along. This adventure is about having fun, not feeling stressed. And hey, working through challenges with your team is part of the excitement!

  5. Can I play solo, or do I need a group?

  Solo? No problem! That means you’re the lone adventurer, bravely taking on the challenges by yourself. But keep in mind, if you’re a solo player, there will likely be other solo players joining the event, so you’re never truly alone! It’s also a great chance to meet new people if you’d like to make new friends during the event. Our live game master will be there to guide you and help you have an awesome time!

  6. What if I’m shy? Do I have to be on camera?

  Not at all! You can participate in the escape room with your camera off if that’s more comfortable for you. However, to ensure the comfort and safety of your fellow players, please be present with your camera on for the introduction and at the start of the game so the game master knows you’ve arrived. After that, feel free to turn it off if you prefer.

  7. How long does the event last?

  This adventure lasts about 120 minutes (2 hours) depending on the pace of your group. Our goal is to make the experience engaging from start to finish. Sometimes, we might have a little more fun than expected and go a bit over two hours. No worries! Please allow for at least a two-hour time window to enjoy yourself. This is an adventure, after all!

  8. What if I need to leave early?

  No worries! If you have to leave the adventure early, we totally understand. The live game master can remove you from the room, or you’re welcome to leave at any time on your own. We just want you to have fun no pressure to stay the entire time if you can’t.

  Please note that if you leave early, no make ups, there are no refunds, or partial refunds for leaving the game or missing, as it’s totally up to you when you join or leave. Let’s just have fun!

  9. Can I play with friends or family from different locations?

  Absolutely! Escape Sphere is 100% virtual, so friends, family, or teammates can join from anywhere in the world. 🌎 Just be sure to purchase your team package, and all they’ll need is the Zoom link to join and escape together!

  11. What should I do to prepare for the event?

  Just bring your curiosity and sense of adventure! Make sure your internet connection is strong, have a comfortable space to play in, and maybe grab a drink or snack. Other than that, no special preparation is needed you’re here to have fun!

  12. What do I do on the day of my event?

  • On the day of your event, here’s what you need to do:

    1. Click your link from the Thank You page.

    2. Join the Zoom meeting a few minutes before the event start time.

    3. Get ready to have an amazing time your adventure awaits!
